HQBW editions sold here are digital goods delivered electronically.

General rule

Because files can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final once delivery has been made, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Exceptions

#

• Duplicate charges or clear technical failure preventing delivery — contact support with your Stripe receipt; we will fix delivery or refund the failed charge.
• If EU/UK (or other) cooling-off rules apply to your purchase and you have not begun download/use as required by those rules, you may have a statutory right to cancel — follow the process in your confirmation email or contact support promptly.
